What browsers support the BTP toolbar?
As of now the BTP toolbar can only be installed for Firefox 1.5 to 3.0.*. A version for Internet Explorer is currently under development.

How do I install the toolbar?
Go to the download page and follow the instructions on that page for installing the plugin.
To activate the toolbar after installation you will need to login with your account. To create an account click here

I get an error when installing, what do I do?
To install the toolbar you'll need the lastest version of the Firefox browser. If you do have the latest version and still cannot install the toolbar, please forward a detailed explanation of the problem including your operating system, browser and a description of the error here and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

How can I "Retrieve Page Media"?
Page media such as photos and movies can be "scraped" from pages and collected into your Media Sidebar for downloading or saving to your online gallery. Page media can be retrieved from any page or any link that contains media. Any JPG (thumbnail) that is linked to either a larger JPG or Movie file is considered media and can be placed in your sidebar. To "Retrieve Page Media" you can either use the icon on your toolbar to retrieve media from the current page, or you can right-click on text or image links, select "Retrieve Page Media", to retrieve media from those target links. You can also right-click on non-linked JPG images to add them to your Media Sidebar.

The "Bring It" button shows me porn I don't want! How do I change?
You can specify what porn you would like to be shown when you click the "Bring It" button with great accuracy by changing your search preferences. To do this click the icon located to the right of the "Bring It" button and select the first option called Search Preferences. You must be logged into the website to edit these options.

The "Bring It" button brought me to an inappropriate page. What do I do?
Because we cannot review all content that is submitted by other BTP users, we rely on the users themselves to flag content that is not suitable for the directory. If you are brought to a page by clicking the "Bring It" button that you think contains either illegal material, a virus, a page that is non-adult related or the page is missing, please help improve the quality of our system for everyone by clicking the flag icon located to the right of the Rate It thermometer and select the appropriate choice.

Why is "More from this Domain", "More from this User", "Block this Domain" and "Block this User" disabled?
These features are only available on pages you were delivered to by clicking the "Bring It" button.
